How to Scrape Three Points
Backseat Diary: York Away
Put this on the Tube and thought I’d share.
I put the questions to Scotty just after we arrive at York.
Then I fart.
Thanks for That
From League Two to the Championship, back to back.
Less than half a season gone, Darren Ferguson is sacked.
That’s thanks for you.
You’d expect he’ll be a Premier League manager within the next year anyway, so maybe he’ll have the last laugh…
It’s In the Vote
I’ve made the point many a time during previous blogs that I just don’t understand the British public.
The fall-out from the latest X Factor show has been nothing short of hysterical. Apparently, it is Simon Cowell’s fault that the absolutely gorgeous Lucie is now no longer in the Competition.
Rather than deciding to send home her rivals, the Twins, he left it down to the public vote and as it was the public vote sent the girl home.
Why is that Simon’s fault? Why is there hysteria that they are in the competition and she is not? The PUBLIC voted MORE for the Twins than they did for Lucie – but they blame Simon that she’s gone? They could have voted for the girl and put her straight through, but they did not – yet that’s Simon’s fault?
In the Final there will be no judge’s decision and it will be down to the public vote alone- i.e. in the end the public will decide who wins. The public DECIDED they didn’t want the girl to go any further, thus the boys had more votes.
Yet thousands have vowed to boycott the show and thousands more have complained.
What the strawberry fuck?
